Click here to read on the City of Cleveland's website.On Monday, June 1, 2015, weather permitting, resurfacing operations will commence on West 3rd Street from Superior Avenue to Lakeside Avenue.
The contractor will begin work on the east side of West 3rd Street at Superior Avenue. During this phase, one northbound and one southbound lane of traffic will be maintained on the west and then the east side of the roadway.
Phase 2 of the project will be announced at a later date and will include concrete repairs to West 3rd Street between Lakeside Avenue and Al Lerner Way.
Access to all businesses, residences and side streets will be maintained during construction. On-street parking will not be permitted during this phase of the project.
Advance notice signs are posted to advise West 3rd Street traffic of the upcoming construction activities. No detours are expected.
Both phases of the project are scheduled to be complete by mid-August 2015.
