Associate Members:
- 2 representatives from your company, 1 primary & 1 additional, but others from your company can participate in meetings and events when you are not available.

How frequently do you meet?
General Membership Networking events happen about once a month. We typically host a Commercial Real Estate Happy Hour quarterly. We will also host volunteer opportunitites quarterly through our BOMA Gives Back program. Educational meetings occur twice a quarter, one being virtual (Virtual Speaker Series) and one being an in person Lunch and Learn. We also offer various educational courses throughout the year.
How many committees do you have and how can I get involved?
BOMA Greater Cleveland currently has 12 active committees. You can find the list and details for each here. If you are interested in joining a committee please contact us to learn what committees are looking for new members.
What is the cost for an Associate member to join?
- January – June: $1000 plus one time $200 application fee = $1200
- July – September: $1,540 plus one time $200 application fee = $1,740 (Membership is for balance of current year and entire next year)
- October – December: $1000 plus one time $200 application fee = $1200 (Membership is for balance of current year and entire next year – 15 for 12).
