Associate Members:
- 2 representatives from your company, 1 primary & 1 additional, but others from your company can participate in meetings and events when you are not available.

How frequently do you meet?
General Membership meetings are typically held 6-10 times per year depending on the needs of BOMA members and what is happening in the commercial real estate environment. We typically host a Commercial Real Estate Happy Hour quarterly.
How many committees do you have and how can I get involved?

What is the cost for an Associate member to join?
- January – June: $900 plus one time $200 application fee = $1100
- July – September: $1,440 plus one time $200 application fee = $1,640 (Membership is for balance of current year and entire next year)
- October – December: $900 plus one time $200 application fee = $1100 (Membership is for balance of current year and entire next year – 15 for 12).
