Combine a terrific keynote speaker, an extended Trade Show and sought after educational sessions into one remarkable afternoon and your business goes Vertical. BOMA Greater Cleveland Associate members are invited to share their expertise with their customers and potential customers by leading an education session at the BOMA Trade Show.
Proposals must relate directly to topics valuable to commercial real estate industry executives—owners, property and facilities managers, asset managers, financial managers and support staff. Proposals need to address issues, raise important questions, solve problems or provide practical knowledge and innovative approaches that deliver results. Any proposals that advertise a particular product or company will automatically be discarded. After reviewing the submission, BOMA Greater Cleveland may ask that you modify the proposal to fit specific needs, and reserve the right to add speaker(s) to the panel. All presentations are 30 minutes in length.Requirements & Selection Process:
1. Presenters must provide educational information only. Presentations may not be used to promote or sell a product, service, program or company.2. Membership Dues must be paid in full – there is no cost to present3. Each Education Session is limited to two speakers who must be identified at the time of submission4. Presenters may submit multiple entries in different topics. Each submission requires a separate submission form (click here)
5. Proposals may only be submitted by email to jparham@bomacleveland.org by 2/27/15
6. Those selected must host a table or booth at the Trade Show
7. Proposals will be reviewed by a panel of judges comprised of BOMA members and selections based on:
Adherence to submission rules and regulations |
Relevance and timeliness of presentation topic to the real estate industry |
A well-defined focus and demonstration of “take away” value to conference attendees |
Practical application of presentation insights and information to industry professionals |
Speakers’ knowledge and expertise with subject matter will be considered if multiple entries on the same topic are submitted |
