MEGA Education Day is being transformed! In order to work with the busy schedules of our members and speakers, MEGA Education will be presented as CEU Lunch and Learns throughout the year. Tickets will include lunch and will take place at 200 Public Square, presented mostly by BOMA associate members. We will also be offering a virtual option for those who are interested in learning topics but do not have time to come in person. Note: CEUs and CPDs are pending and only available for those who attend in person.
In-person tickets: $30
Virtual tickets: $10
The first CEU-certified Lunch and Learn will be on Tuesday, April 18th from 12:00 - 1:00 pm with Ed Szczypinski, MAI from CBRE (*Pending CEU certification from the state). He will be discussing Commercial Real Estate Appraisal from what it is, what to expect in a standard commercial appraisal report, and useful tips for property managers and owners while dealing with the appraisal process.
