Join a panel of CRE Professionals as they discuss adapting to a post-coronavirus industry. They will explore topics or lease language, space planning, and market updates.

Panel will be made up of:

Keith Raker, Tucker Ellis LLP
Keith Raker is the chair of the Tucker Ellis Real Estate Group.His practice emphasizes real estate development, finance, acquisitions, sales, like-kind exchanges, and leasing. His session at BOMA's 2019 Mega Education "Lease Language for Landlords" was one of the best attended and rated of the day. In this panel, he will focus on how coronavirus has changed lease language in CRE. He will speak on topics such as Force Majeure, tenant requests for rent relief and expected changes in the market moving forward.

Megan Spinos, Vocon
As lead of Vocon’s strategic consulting practice, Megan helps organizations make decisions about the design and use of their work space to support their culture and business goals such as improved productivity, employee attraction and engagement, innovation to increase market share and real estate portfolio optimization. In this panel discussion, she will focus on understanding the impact of COVID on our workplaces and also the importance of the workplace as its meaning shifts following what she calls "the work from home experiment" brought on by coronavirus.

Alec Pacella, President, NAI Pleasant Valley
Alec comes to NAI Pleasant Valley as a seasoned investment professional, bringing 20 years experience as both a principal and a highly successful real estate salesperson. He was the featured speaker at BOMA and IREM’s Economic Forecast for the last two years. On the panel, he will focus on the shift that coronavirus has made on the CRE market and where he believes it may be heading in the future.
