This presentation will cover all the bases of lease language for commercial real estate professionals. Types of leases and rent, as well as lender issues will all be discussed in detail.
Energy as an Opportunity – Better Together Solar
Many aspects of energy will be covered in this session. The presentation will cover fundamentals of energy procurement, bill calculation, and energy tariff structures. There will also be a deep dive into solar energy, energy storage systems, and microgrids. The finance of these energy systems will also be discussed, including in the content of federal tax credits and renewable energy credits.

Attendees will learn about ways to efficiently provide a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for their tenants and guests. Healthy restrooms, cafeterias, and breakrooms all contribute to high levels of morale and productivity, and all will be discussed.

Whether it improves the ability to ensure a more reliable façade assessment or record the status of a building condition at a point in time, digital imagery and photogrammetry techniques are now considered essential in managing and marketing a building.
